Our stickers are easy to apply—it’s child’s play!

You will find an advice sheet in your parcel to help you apply your sticker.

We use high-quality raw materials. The adhesive on our stickers is “structured” and guarantees bubble-free application!

We manufacture each sticker to order, meaning your sticker goes into production as soon as your order is placed.

In practice, production time varies between 1 and 3 business days depending on order volume; after that, standard delivery times apply for the shipping methods offered:

• Colissimo home delivery : 1 to 2 business days
• Chrono Relais : 2 to 3 business days
• Mondial Relay : 3 to 5 business days

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return (in part or in full).

To return your order, please follow these steps :

• Inform us of your wish to make a return by email or by phone.
• For France, we offer two options :
  • • Return shipment at your own expense. Upon receipt of the parcel and verification of its integrity, we will refund the full amount of your sticker order.
    • We can send you a return label (request by email) to stick on your parcel and drop it off at a relay point. Upon receipt of the parcel and verification of its integrity, we will refund your sticker order with a €5 deduction.

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

For Europe and the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), return shipment is at your own expense. Upon receipt of the parcel and verification of its integrity, we will refund the full amount of your sticker order.

Our splashback stickers are delivered rolled up and carefully packaged in a cardboard tube. They are made in one single piece: if you order a 3-metre-long splashback sticker, you will receive one 3-metre sticker, not several pieces.

All our stickers can be removed easily using a hair dryer.

For wall stickers, we cannot guarantee that the paint will remain completely intact. This will depend on the surface, whether there is an undercoat or not, the quality of the paint, etc.

We therefore recommend preparing your surface properly before applying your stickers.

Our adhesives are smooth and thin, with a thickness of 0.2 mm.

They are delivered in a roll, so they are very easy to transport.

They are heat-resistant and can therefore be placed near cooking hobs.

They resist splashes because they are covered with a waterproof film.

They are easy to cut using scissors or a cutter.

They are produced in our workshop in mainland France.
