Oney Bank offers individual customers of its partners a financing solution called “3x 4x Oney”. This financing, tailored to each customer order, allows the consumer to pay for purchases of products and/or services from €100 to €3,000 in 3 or 4 instalments by bank card.

This financing may be offered with or without fees, depending on the option specified by the partner in its sales journey, under the following conditions and terms:

Conditions: This offer is reserved for individuals (adult natural persons) residing in France and holding a Visa or MasterCard bank card with an expiry date beyond the chosen financing period. Cards with systematic authorisation, in particular Electron, Maestro, Nickel, etc., as well as e-cards, Indigo cards and American Express, are not accepted.

In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay any penalty.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, you are liable. Any damage sustained by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are at your expense. We can provide you with a return label in exchange for a contribution of €5, which will be deducted from the refund for the stickers.

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, STICKER DÉCO will refund the sums paid within 14 days of notification of your request and via the same means of payment used when placing the order.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• The supply of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and the performance of which began after the consumer’s prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
• The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the professional’s control and likely to occur during the withdrawal period.
• The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
• The supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
• The supply of goods which, after being delivered and due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;

Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the website StickerDeco.fr and while stocks last. For non-stocked products, our offers are subject to availability from our suppliers.

If a product is unavailable after you place your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made.

In addition, the website StickerDeco.fr is not intended to sell its products in large quantities. Consequently, STICKER DÉCO reserves the right to refuse orders for 100 identical items.

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the timeframe stated on the order confirmation page.

In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to inform you of any impact on the delivery time that was indicated to you.

In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a delivery delay, you have the option to cancel the order under the conditions and terms defined in Article L 138-2 of the French Consumer Code. If in the meantime you receive the product, we will refund it and the shipping costs under the conditions of Article L 138-3 of the French Consumer Code.

In the event of delivery by a carrier, STICKER DÉCO cannot be held liable for a delivery delay due exclusively to the customer’s unavailability after several appointment proposals.

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. If a sold product is non-compliant, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.

All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email/phone/post within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel.

Products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them, with all elements (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Made-to-measure or personalised products are non-refundable.

The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6.

The products offered comply with current French legislation. STICKER DÉCO cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities for importing or using the products or services you intend to order.

Furthermore, STICKER DÉCO cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

Finally, STICKER DÉCO cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular service interruptions, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

The language of this contract is French. These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

STICKER DÉCO reserves the right to collect the personal information and personal data concerning you. They are necessary for managing your order, as well as improving the services and information we send you.
