Application tips for IKEA Vinyl wrap for furniture

For a flawless application of your IKEA Vinyl wrap for furniture, here are a few unbeatable tips!

The most important step when applying adhesive is to prepare your surface. So be sure to clean your furniture with a microfiber cloth. This will remove any dirt that could get trapped between the surface and the sticker you want to apply.

When applying your sticker to the furniture, we recommend smoothing it down with the supplied squeegee to help it adhere. This will also help you remove any stubborn air bubbles!

Another tip: use a hair dryer. Warming the sticker once it’s in place activates the adhesive and gives you a rock-solid bond. Good to know: using a hair dryer is also recommended when you want to remove/peel off your sticker to replace it.
